4TH TIER GOVT FEEDBACK: All loop holes for embezzlement have been covered.
The massive construction of new roads in Imo State, by the governor should be applauded and emulated for opening up centuries of roads that no government in the history of old Eastern States State have ever tried.
Today I am the President General of Mbubu Amiri Autonomous Community and by grace of God the Secretary of the Fourthier Community Government Council (CGC) of same Community as proposed by His Excellency Owelle Rochas Okorocha.
One thing is that all lope holes for embezzlement have been covered, No more ghost workers, No more over invoice and the opportunity to steal government money is not as usual and most importantly the notorious God father-ism is dead. Those days once Allocation come the God Fathers will storm the states and the Local Government to take their share of the people money.
This is one good thing Governor Rochas blocked that has earned him an applause. More grease to your elbow Rochas.
