IMO STATE NEEDS A GOVERNOR WHO CAN GIVE US “REAL DEVELOPMENT”
I strongly believe what Imo State needs now is a Governor with executive capability to deliver good industries and sustainable revenue base which will guarantee jobs creation for the youths, enabling environment for business growth for our agro based economy and finance to meet urgent developmental needs for the state in this time of austerity measure. This requires a candidate with entrepreneurial spirit and financial acumen groomed with process and strategic intelligence and track record of success as evidence for his executive capability.
Of the four (4) candidates now contesting:
The incumbent (Rochas Okorocha) have tried in his own right (planting flowers, building roundabouts and roads and selling off the existing business we have), while his lack of executive capability manifest in his haphazard and fire brigade approach to state developmental efforts. It is therefore timely for him to (step aside) leave the arena now that the ovation is loudest for him and allow well groomed technocrats to do the job of navigating the state through difficult times such as now.
My friend from the Lower House (Hon. Emeka Ihedioha) has also done well for himself in the national legislature; but as a governor he requires a difference set of skills in order to lead Imolites to the promised land. He needs to have a clear vision, financial acumen and management capability rather than the ability to lobby skim and oil party machinery with state funds. He would rather do better in the senate.
Captain Emmanuel Iheanacho is a failed entrepreneur. He is part of those that have being feeding fat on oil subsidy, just recently he was arrested and detained by NIMASA for oil theft and piracy. Now he is turning to the State treasury. “nemo dot quod mon habbit”, a person cannot give what he does not have. Hear this as he was sacked as Minister of Interior: A statement by the spokesman to the president, Ima Niboro, said that the suspension comes “as a result of a number of lapses in the political leadership of the ministry traceable to his personal and official conduct. For now, his continued manning of the ministry is not in the interest of the nation.” HE WHO CANNOT MANAGE A MINISTRY, CAN HE MANAGE A STATE? ?

Other attempts he has made to secure foreign investment for the present government met brick wall due to the perceived lack of good governance practice by the present administration.
Mr. Oke Ezeh is the man for the job. He will transform Imo State into the economic hub of the East and one of the three largest state economies in Nigeria by the year 2020 through aggressive , albeit systematic execution of an agricultural, industrial, technological and ethical revolution.

NO ONE IN NIGERIA HAS THOUGHT OFOR DONE ANY THING LIKE THIS BEFORE IN THE HISTORY OF NIGERIA.
