Good people of Imo State, I just want to ask a question please. Where is this money for uncounted projects that is going on in Imo State coming from?
(Federal allocation, State generated revenue, Borrowed from World Bank or Rochas’ personal money)?
Because when I visited Imo last month, I saw surprises. From Road dualization to New constructed roads, from Douglas House (Government house) to Commissioner’s quarters. From abandoned Legislative quarters to Ojukwu’s square. Orlu has turned to a modern city as well as Okigwe town. Work is going on at IMSU new site.
Again does it mean that since 1999 till 2011(12yrs),we dont have government in Imo state or were they sleping all this while? Please can someone give me reasonable answers.
