Igbos gather in Owerri to salute the new President-elect, Buhari.
Governor Okorocha has returned to Owerri from his trip to Abuja where he went to congratulate the President-elect, Gen.Muhammadu Buhari . He arrived the Sam Mbakwe airport with other top stalwarts of the All Progressive Congress and proceeded to the International conference centre for an event in honour of the President elect.
