PROGRESS REPORT: SAM MBAKWE EXPANDED EXCO CHAMBER, OWERRI.
The Sam Mbakwe Expanded EXCO Chamber is one of the many projects credited to the Okorocha Administration. Completed within the first 6 months of Governor Rochas Okorocha’s tenure, this magnificent edifice takes the place of the “Multi-purpose Hall” which was demolished.
The Sam Mbakwe Expanded EXCO Chamber is located in the premises of the Government House. The venue is utilized for general meetings and town hall meetings with the Governor. Monthly women meetings with the First Lady are also held here.
