Gov. Rochas Okorocha has renewed the commitment of his administration to implement policies and programmes geared towards industrial take off of the state.
During the recent interactive session with some notable businessmen in Lagos, Governor Okorocha urged them to take the advantage of his infrastructural transformation to enhance their profit margin by investing in the state.
“We are ready to partner with serious businessmen who are prepared to explore the diverse resources of the state for our mutual benefit”, Okorocha said.
He further explained that his administration had put in the necessary frame-work in place to attract huge investment in the tourism sector and further strengthen the sector by renovating the famous Imo Concorde Hotel to a five star standard and on-going construction of three more five star hotels in Okigwe, Orlu and Owerri.
The governor however pledged his readiness to open up the state to both local and international investors by creating the enabling environment for maximum profitability.
