Nzeh Patrick Chidi as the Vice Chairman, Owerri Municipal Council.

He made it clear that the relocation of the market was one of the best things that has happened to Owerri. He said hoodlums and miscreants had turned the area into a danger zone and made life difficult for both trade and travelers along Douglas Road.
Responding the Chief of Staff, Ugwumba Uche Nwosu expressed joy for such overwhelming show of love and solidarity of Umuoyima youths on him, aswell as for the kind words they spoke about the Rescue mission administration. He said because of the Urban renewal, foreign investors are trouping to the state while it has become the preferred destination for the high and mighty in the Country. He advised them not to be deceived by some politicians who do not mean good for the state, who have taken it upon themselves as a point of duty to castigate and misconstrue any good policy of the present government.

He described the idea as anti development since no area is developed by only the indigenes. He made it clear that we all are one and should leave together peacefully as brothers and sisters.
