Chairman of the Imo State Coordination and Implementation Committee (SCIC) of the Community Services, Women and Youth Employment (CSWYE) under the federal government, of SURE-P, Dr. Jasper Ndubuaku, has been removed with immediate effect.
The directive was contained in a letter from the agency, dated January 8 and signed by Dr. M.E. Nwordu on behalf of the Minister of Labour and Productivity.
In the same vein, Mr. Longers Anyanwu was appointed to replace Ndubuaku in another letter dated January 9.
“I am directed to inform you that you have been removed with immediate effect as the chairman of Imo State Coordination and Implementation Committee (SCIC) of the CSWYE under the federal government, of SURE-P, vide a letter received from the office of the vice President with Ref. No. SH/VP/FML8P/C2/Vol., dated 24th December 2013.
“You are required to kindly hand over all CSWYE equipment, document and materials in your possession to the Imo State SCIC vice chairman on receipt of this letter. Thank you for your contributions to the implementation of the CSWYE project in Imo State and good luck in your future endeavours,” the letter to Ndubuaku stated.
