Off-Cycle elections: How did INEC perform?

Off-cycle elections were conducted on Saturday Nov.11th in 3 states: Bayelsa, Imo and Kogi. Winners have been announced. How did INEC perform? What is your assessment of the conduct of the electoral body leading up to the elections and on election day?
