Please join the IMO STATE BLOG family as we send Happy birthday greetings to our Executive Governor, Owelle Rochas Okorocha on his 52nd birthday. A delegation from Rochas Foundation livened up the atmosphere at the Government house this morning.
The celebration kicked off with a walk around some major streets of Owerri. Leading the walk on his executive bicycle, the Governor’s train moved from bank road to Douglas road and cycled back to the Government house.
