RESCUE MISSION UPDATE: Gov.Okorocha inaugurates Technical Advisory committee

Last Friday, March 30, 2012, Imo State Governor inaugurated Technical Advisory Committee for a more effective delivery of technical programmes of the Rescue Mission Government.


The Chief of Staff to Imo State Governor, Prince Eze Madumere KSC, who performed the ceremony of inaugurating the committee of three on behalf of the Governor said that the emergence of the committee became necessary as it is with a view to proactively getting ready for a more technical responsibility of bringing into being the vision of Governor Okorocha.

Chief of Staff explained that the Government is getting to a critical stage of her initiatives  flowing from the thoughts of the Rescue Mission Agenda of the Governor, hence, His Excellency, Owelle Rochas Okorocha deemed it fit to create a think tank to be saddled with the responsibilities of researching and distilling such initiatives to realizable dream.

Among the three man committee inaugurated is Chike Orjiako, who is also the Chairman, while Chinedu Okpareke and Chiekezi Dozie are members.



Speaking further, the Chief of Staff charged them to take their job seriously and to approach every matter with the needed speed and urgency with expected impact achieved.

Meanwhile, the first among the jobs to be tackled with this Committee is to convert the development in Imo State into opportunities for the Imo youth and to work out plans on job placements for Imo graduates.
