VOTERS REGISTRATION: SGI parleys APC Chieftains in Ngor Okpala

The Secretary to the Government of Imo State, Sir Eche George Ezenna, has called on Imo people to embrace the on going Voter’s registration and take advantage of the exercise to register as well encourage and make it possible for those who had not registered previously to do so.

Addressing a large gathering of APC chieftains and faithfuls from Obiangwu and Umuohiagu wards in Ngor Okpalla Local Government Area, the Sir George Eche hyped on the need for all eligible Imolites of voting age, which is from 18 years and above, who are yet not registered to to utilize this golden opportunity to arm themselves with this all important tool with which the right people will be voted into office and the wrong people shown the way out.

The SGI also made cash donation to the wards to facilitate their awareness campaigns for the Voter’s registration.

Among those present at the occasion were Hon. Obinna Egu, member representing Ngor Okpalla state constituency in the Imo State House of Assembly, Okenze Ken Agbiriogu, Chief Tony Ibe, Attorney Matthew Nworgu, Hon. Uju Madumere, Fabian Osuji, former PDP chairman, Hon. Kenneth Nwigwe, party chairmen and Exco of the LGA and those from Obiangwu and Umuohiagu wards just to mention a few.
