Chief Emma Ojinere (Akajiugo Mbaise) bows out.

News of the death of Chief Emma Ojinere filtered in late Monday night. A prominent son of Mbaise, Ojinere served as a Commissioner for Commerce, Trade and Investment in the Okorocha administration.

In 2019, he went on to contest for the Senatorial seat for Owerri East Federal constituency under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Akajiugo Mbaise was loved by his people.
