Imo state Governor, Owelle Rochas Okorocha has assured that the state will soon enjoy steady power supply.
The Governor, Owelle Rochas Okorocha gave the assurance shortly after his arrival to the state from Abuja.
Owelle Okorocha noted that efforts were being intensified to bring the epileptic power supply in the state to a standstill.
The governor who recounted on his journey on Turkey and Moscow, noted that he was in those countries to ensure that he delivers his campaign promises of creating jobs, establishing industries in the state.
Owelle Okorocha pointed out that the plans to ensure the aesthetics of the state was to create a conducive environment that would attract investors to the state to boost the internally generated Revenue. He stressed that artisans in the state would be properly organized to kick-start the job creation programme of the rescue administration. According to him, there will be a training programme for them, in order to enable them perform optimally; pointing out that the gesture would go a long way to ensure that artisans contribute towards the growth of the economy.
Owelle Okorocha assured regular payment of workers’ salaries and urged them to be committed to their job to enable them to justify their salaries.
