Commissioner for Lands, Survey and Urban Planning, Hon. Uche Nwosu has inaugurated a reconstituted Land Use Act committee.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Hon. Nwosu charged the committee to ensure prompt and timely allocation of State lands to deserving prospective developers as opposed to those he termed as “land speculators”.
The Honourable Commissioner recalled that the Rescue Mission Agenda of the present administration under the leadership of His Excellency, Owelle Rochas Okorocha was hinged on a strong commitment to bring a positive change in Land Administration in the State and removal of all bottlenecks associated with the acquisition of land for development.
