OJUKWU: Farewell to a brave leader.

Earlier today, the entire Igbo nation was thrown into mourning at the news of Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu’s death.

The founding father of the All Progressive People’s Party (APGA) and, Biafra warlord was a pillar of reckon to the Igbo nation.  Over the years, he fought gallantly and remained steadfast. After a long protracted illness, he gave up the ghost in a London hospital on November 26th, 2011.

Alas, the dreaded moment has finally come. We mourn a leader whose endurance legacy will linger forever.

May his brave soul rest in peace.
