Photographs showing the demolition of the National Museum in Owerri, Imo State. According to IMO STATE BLOG reader, Ihebuzor Chijioke Charles, the museum is located at b65 shell camp opposite FMC owerri. There are more than 300 significant cultural artifacts made in bronze, iron, clay, lead, material, wood, among others housed in that museum. It was established in 1988 but commissioned its first gallery titled (Ezi na Ulo Ndigbo)The Igbo household in 2011. The gallery is the only gallery in Nigeria that housed cultural identity of the Igbo people.
