Imo State is in big trouble. Known for his wealth of experience in rigging, Voters are crying foul oooooo!!  Are there no other REC Officers left at INEC? If this   Humphrey Nwaghene of a man has been associated with  nothing else but “Rigging” in the past elections, why did INEC choose to send him out to us at this time?
