Yoruba Community in Imo State drum support for Governor Okorocha.

The members of Yoruba Community in Imo State are drumming support for Imo State Governor over his trail blazing performance in giving dividends of Democracy to the entire people of Imo State and other residents for which Yoruba Community is among.

Speaking with newsmen recently, the Special Assistant to Imo State Governor on Yoruba Affairs, Hon. Chief Kehinde Sunday Amobi, he extolled Governor’s rich history of philanthropy and his detribalized personality.

 

His words:

“We have followed Governor Okorocha and his progress report. He has shown his rare make-up. His contribution towards ameliorating the pains of the poor masses is monumental. Before emerging as the elected Governor of Imo State, he had built his Rochas Foundation Colleges in the major Geo-political Zones for which Ibadan plays host to one of them.. That is the sign of a great leader with vision”.

The aide to Governor on Yoruba Affairs said the Yoruba community is happy with the Governor for his strides in infrastructural development. “The Roads that were hitherto blocked and forgotten have been opened. Business Community is beginning to have a new lease of life”, he enthused. He called on all Imolites to support their son and other residents for Imo have not had it this good.

Hon. Kehinde further praised the choice of principal officers of the Imo State Rescue Mission Government. He extolled the virtues of Prince Eze Madumere KSC, Chief of Staff to the Governor whom he described as a great assets and Engine room of the Rescue Mission and Professor Tony Anwuka, State Secretary to the State Government and other officers.

He, however, called on the people still on the other side of the river to tell themselves the truth and do the right thing by supporting a visionary Government of the people.
