Pres.Jonathan drops Gov.Ikedi Ohakim from Ministerial list.
According to news that reached the Ikiri Broadcasting service (IBC), Gov.Ikedi Ohakim has been officially dropped from the Ministerial nomination list. Our able Presido just gave Imo State citizens another reason to love him.
Despite the petitions that reached Mr.President’s desk, it appears he is not ready to take the risk with Gov.Ohakim by allowing him “DO MORE” for Nigeria in the Ministerial Cabinet.
Other Governors who were dropped from the list include Gov.Gbenga Daniel (Ogun State) Gov. Segun Oni (Ekiti), Olagunsoye Oyinlola (Osun State), Gov. Adebayo Alao-Akala (Oyo), Gov. Olusegun Agagu (Ondo State), Gov. Akwe Doma (Nasarawa)
DailyTrust papers reports that the cabinet is expected to be dissolved during the Federal Executive Council Meeting this Wednesday but the sources said some of the ministers who are heading sub-committees on the handover ceremony are going to continue working with the President up until the formation of the next government slated immediately after the swearing-in ceremony on May 29.
I know readers would not believe me when I say that at this point, my heart goes out to His Excellency Ikedi Ohakim. Honestly, I do. I just don’t gerrrit!!! What manner of hatred do the people of Imo State have for Your Excellency that even the Traditional rulers of the Land had to petition against your Nomination?

This should be an eye-opener to all distinguished Politicians who turn themselves into mini-gods when they are elected into positions of Power. Gov.Ohakim’s story should be turned into a Nollywood Movie.
